EVOQUE’S CONCEPT WAS DEVELOPED TO MEET THE NEED FOR COMPACT AND ARCHITECTURALLY SOPHISTICATED SECONDARY RESIDENCE AND HOLIDAY PROPERTY IN THE MEDIUM PRICE SEGMENT. ‘EVOQUE’ was designed to meet an increasing demand from second and holiday home owners for architecturally-sophisticated villas which fall into the ‘mid’ price range. The goal was to create contemporary yet timeless architecture that combines leading-edge elements with local materials such as hand-crafted natural stone walls. The foundation for this villa poses a previous project, which has been extremely popular with our clients.
