ENVY HOUSE

With our project ENVY, we strive for an independent design that stands out from the mass of modern houses of today. In particular through the concrete look that dominates the architecture, we create a timeless and, to a certain extent, intellectual design. Purism on the one hand, and a very practical layout with 4 bedrooms on the other, create an ideal balance between design and pragmatism.

The flat garden plot is excellent for staging the progressive design. A perfect sun orientation (southwest) guarantees all-day sun-bathing. The future owners will benefit from a fundamental design element. The huge covered terrace is the heart of this property. An open-plan exterior living area with a view of the pool and garden offers over 70 sqm. This area, which also boasts an outdoor kitchen, is directly connected to the kitchen and living area of ​​the house. Thanks to retractable windows, we create a perfect inside-out living experience in which the transition between inside and outside space is fluid. Although a large part of the facade has a concrete look, the villa never looks cool or too minimalist. This is thanks to the large proportion of wood. Especially in the interior it was possible to create a "clean look" with minimalist approaches, which always includes warm notes and thus perfectly balances aesthetics with a pleasant living environment.
